Applications

The Blu-ray players run on the RCDb application / widget application framework, which manages a multi-applications and multi-services environment for a rich, differentiated, customizable experience (by product line, region and distribution channel).

The 3rd party applications and services are integrated in, and powered from the RCDb database, server and cloud services.

The applications are developed by the OEMs, RCDb, their chosen development partner, or the service provider powering them through the RCDb database.
